We were connected with Erich Von Alexander when we clicked a link online to tour a home we wanted to see. It turned out to be the luckiest match because Erich was phenomenal to work with. He traveled to show us numerous houses over a 1–2-year period and was never pushy or frustrated when they weren't right for us. When we did finally find the right house, his connections for loan options helped us make a non-contingent offer and the entire transaction went so smoothly. I can't say enough about how easy Erich was to work with. He truly "made it happen" for us, including personally installing smoke detectors at our new house prior to the inspection and appraisal. After we bought our new home, we knew he was the one to entrust with selling our old home. Again, he made everything very easy, and we accepted an offer within 48 hours of our house being listed.
